- Develop your skills - Emotional Intelligence
  We will look at what emotional intelligence skills are, why they’re important in the workplace, and how we can develop them.
- Identify your transferrable skills
  We will look at identifying your transferrable skills to help you progress.
- Weekly round-up
  A round-up of what you have learned in Week 2.
Week 3
Navigate your next steps
- Preparing for next steps in your career
  We will look at the steps you can take to prepare for the next steps in your career.
- Creating Your Career Plan
  We will create your individual career plan, a tool you can use to plan for and action your next steps.
- Weekly Roundup
  We will review what you have learnt in the course and look at further learning opportunities.
